1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information for account management and to provide you with access to our services:

  • Account Information: We collect personal details such as your name, email address, and a password for the purpose of creating and managing your user account, and to provide access to our web and mobile platforms.
  • Image Data: Through our mobile applications, we capture image data directly from your device. This data is used solely for the purpose of generating AI outputs, which are stored on our servers to provide you with a better user experience.
  • IP Address: We collect your IP address for security purposes, including spam detection and to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
  • Social Media Tokens: When you connect a LinkedIn or other social media account, we store an OAuth access token issued by that platform. This token is encrypted at rest and is used solely to publish content on your behalf at times you schedule. We never store your social media password.
  • Social Account Identifiers: We store your LinkedIn person ID and, where applicable, your LinkedIn company page identifier, to correctly route posts to the account you have chosen.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information you provide will only be used for the following purposes:

  • To manage your account and provide access to our platform services.
  • To generate and store AI outputs derived from your image data, providing you with more relevant and useful answers.
  • To publish social media posts to your connected accounts strictly at the times and with the content you have explicitly scheduled within the app.
  • To contact you regarding account-related matters or updates to our services.
  • To detect and prevent spam and other security threats.

3. Social Media Account Connections

RxnHub allows you to connect your LinkedIn account (personal profile and/or company page) to schedule and publish posts. When you connect a social media account:

  • You will be redirected to the platform's own login and consent screen (OAuth). RxnHub never sees your social media password.
  • The platform issues RxnHub a time-limited access token. This token is encrypted and stored securely in our database.
  • We use this token exclusively to publish content that you have reviewed and scheduled within the app. We will never post on your behalf without your explicit action.
  • You can revoke RxnHub's access at any time from your LinkedIn account settings (Settings & Privacy → Data Privacy → Third-party applications). Revoking access will also prevent any pending scheduled posts from being published.
  • Tokens expire automatically (typically every 60 days for LinkedIn) and you will be prompted to reconnect your account when this happens.
  • We do not share your social media tokens or account identifiers with any third party.

4. AI-Generated Outputs and Data Storage

The AI outputs generated from your image data and social media post content are stored on our secure servers. These outputs are created solely based on the content you provide and are not linked to any other personal information you may have provided. These outputs are stored to improve the quality of the answers we provide to you.

5. Advertising

Our mobile applications may display advertisements. Please note that these advertisements are not based on your personal information, image data, or social media account data. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

6. Cookies and Embedded Content

We use only essential cookies on our website, which are necessary for proper functioning and do not collect personally identifiable information. Our website does not embed content from other sources. All images and information are original and owned by RxnHub.

7. Data Security

We take your data security seriously. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encryption of all OAuth access tokens stored in our database.
  • Secure HTTPS connections for all data transfers between our apps, website, and servers.
  • Access controls limiting which systems can read stored credentials.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request corrections to any inaccurate personal data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data, AI-generated outputs, and any connected social media tokens.
  • Disconnect your social media accounts at any time, both from within the app and directly from your social media platform's account settings.

9. Third-Party Platforms

When you use our social media publishing features, your content is transmitted to third-party platforms (such as LinkedIn). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own privacy policies and terms of service. RxnHub is not responsible for the data practices of those platforms.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website and apps after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RxnHub website or mobile applications ("the Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

RxnHub provides AI-powered content creation and social media publishing services through its mobile and web applications. Users may upload or capture images, generate AI-written posts, and schedule and publish content to connected social media accounts.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
  • Account access may be restricted until approved by an administrator.

4. Social Media Account Connections

RxnHub allows you to connect third-party social media accounts (including LinkedIn personal profiles and company pages) to schedule and publish content. By connecting a social media account, you:

  • Authorise RxnHub to publish content to that account strictly on your behalf and only at times and with content you have explicitly approved within the app.
  • Confirm that you are the authorised owner or administrator of any account you connect, including any company or organisation page.
  • Acknowledge that you remain solely responsible for all content published through your connected accounts, and that such content must comply with the terms of service of the relevant social media platform.
  • Understand that RxnHub stores an encrypted OAuth access token to perform publishing on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time from within the app or directly from your social media platform's account settings.
  • Acknowledge that RxnHub does not guarantee uninterrupted publishing and is not liable for posts that fail to publish due to platform changes, token expiry, or API restrictions imposed by the third-party platform.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law.
  • Upload or publish content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates privacy.
  • Publish spam, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise harmful content through connected social media accounts.
  • Connect social media accounts that you do not own or are not authorised to manage.
  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software, branding, and content, are owned by RxnHub. You retain rights to your uploaded content and the posts you create, but grant RxnHub a limited licence to process and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services, including publishing to your connected accounts.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our social media publishing features interact with third-party platforms such as LinkedIn. RxnHub is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. RxnHub is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that may affect the availability of publishing features.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." RxnHub makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI outputs generated through the Services, or the successful delivery of scheduled posts to third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RxnHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to the failure of scheduled social media posts to publish.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services, including using connected social media accounts to publish prohibited content.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
